法国不交付西北风级舰 俄船员打道回府 [21P]

法无限期推迟向俄交付“西北风” 在法训练士兵打道回府。 当地时间2014年12月18日，法国圣纳泽尔，由于法国为俄罗斯建造的“西北风”级两栖攻击舰的交付工作将无限期推迟，在法国接受相关训练的约400名俄罗斯舰员乘坐俄罗斯Smolniy号训练船返回俄罗斯。
