你去试试用超级兔子的进程管理器，它会告诉你能否关闭，还有如果它是开机就有的话，那么就去使用魔法设置的开机项目，你还可以使用开始-运行-msconfig-回车-启动-勾掉开机不需要启动的-应用-OK！

看上去基本可以确定是病毒进程要处理感染性病毒要特别谨慎因为很多杀毒软极不是修复文件而是直接删除.

Panda 杀毒软件的一部分. 用来警告和报告的程序. 运行-services.msc找到Panda将此服务禁止.当然, 杀毒软件一般情况下,是会占用一定的资源.

熊猫安全软件的组件。如果LZ装了熊猫杀软那没事，没有的话请扫描sreng日志上传，并且使用金山急救箱和windows清理助手处理。
